Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you need contact us at  vils.clothes@gmail.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at  vils.clothes@gmail.com

You must send item back within first 7 days!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Order or Personalized items(change the length of pants/sleeve is also custom)
  • The items in size XL and XXL are non-refundable, as we sew it only by request.
  • White and off-white clothing cannot be returned!

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days after receiving the items, please contact us and we will offer you the best way of exchange.

Kindly inform you that buyer is responsible for all shipping cost( in both way)

Refunds / Returns

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
  • If your return is approved, you will receive store credit only.
    We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
  • Store credit will be issued within 10 business days after the return has been approved.
  • Store credit may be used for a future purchase on our website and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at vils.clothes@gmail.сom
