DETAILS:

Products made of suit fabric, cotton and crepe

• Machine washable at 30 degrees
• Delicate wash/handwash
• Do not bleach
• It’s allowed to iron at the maximum temperature 70-90°
• Dry cleaning
• Allowed to wring and dry in the washing machine.

Products made of silk, atlas and satin

• Wash only on delicate model at low temperatures
• It is impossible to twist or wring fabric products
• You can iron the martial only in the «silk» mode, before that you should try to iron the most inconspicuous part of the lining
• Things should be dried naturally.
  For example, the dress should be hung on the shoulders and allowed to dry.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

• Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
• The items in size XL and XXL are non-refundable, as we sew it only by request.
• White and off-white clothing cannot be returned
